     Hi, my name is Lawrence F. Jasper II and I'm the CEO of Omega Investments Ltd. (Omega) which was formed to support operations for the Little Cities franchise (LC's aka Jasper's Freedom Cities). The LC provides high end technologies within its commercial development of a Smart Grid Infrastructure Distribution Systems (SGIDS) with a higher Return on Investments (ROI) for private investors and public entities within its Private Public Partnerships (PPP's) by creating a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that can be used in creation of the Sovereign Wealth Fund and use in the build out and expansion of the SGIDS with the use of the Ex-Im Bank loans for Omega's private investment in the smart AI and technology infrastructure products and services exported  to other countries in war torn areas such as Ukraine, Gaza, and Korea and neighbors in Mexico and Canada. 

    The USA's congressional approval of the R.A.I.N.M.A.K.E.R. Act (Reinvesting in America's Infrastructure Nationally with new Manufacturing and the Accountability with Kinetic Energy and Restitution for US Citizens prosperity) creates sovereign wealth with real estate acquisition thereby connecting LC's we form an exoskeleton upgrading the infrastructure through its mixed-use developments. Increasing revenue streams and ROI's while giving back to the community, repurposing the city's infrastructure with KPI's for tomorrow's 21st Century and paying down our national debt, making local and medium small businesses world competitive with the use of technology and B2B and B2C networks.  

      Omega's solution to the rising cost of tomorrows infrastructure for local and national governments and its communities while allowing us to reduce national debt, increase demand for technology manufactured products and services made in the USA. The franchise process provides increased profits and restitution to US citizens; a re-education platform used for local workforce preference for high paying jobs reestablishing their economic status with the American Dream and our constitutional right to prosper. Reforming flex manufacturing in the mass production of SGIDS we provide the rebirth of the American Dream and support our own R & D in the technologies spinoff products and services used with Omega's PPP flex manufacturing, local entrepreneurs, operations digital duplicatable with B2B and B2C networking. 

   We solicit Private Public Partnership (PPP) with local municipalities to create our Smart Grid Infrastructure Distribution Systems (SGIDS) with mixed-use developments creating new green technology and use Michigan's approved cutting-edge Maglev mass transit systems for people, products, and commodities distribution a universal platform that revitalize and revolutionize municipalities and US government institutions by combining private businesses with government services through Omega's franchised Freedom Cities supporting it prime law and US constitutional values.

       The LC franchise is the Rain Maker machine it fixes our crumbling infrastructure by eliminating the USA's debt after the hyperinflation, created by COVID, and reduces the crime that came with it. Omega's franchise provides duplicatable digital solutions and systems for its workforce, and local small and medium business products and services at a wholesale price and uses our Intradependent business model for military education used for the local workforce to operate and fix its Nano technology and AI digital accountability systems used for medical, education, triple play telecommunications, cloud housing for commodities production, and gaming. We believe the talent in local communities can lead to the betterment of mankind.   

      We want to create equity-based opportunity for the surrounding US citizens using their taxpayer dollars, matching private investment creating a private public partnership (PPP) established through Omega and independent municipality's. This is Omega's way of providing opportunity while establishing our digital services to incorporate our intradependent business model. We use advanced WI FI 6 for cloud hosting and Internet of Things (IOT), local housing for our elders with benefits, while building the communities wealth individually which is passed down to their heirs, eliminating the social damage our society has put on our children, and their grandchildren, created over the last 50 years through politics.  

      The Little City franchise allows us to expand its benefits and reduce the cost of implementation of a digital infrastructure network. In essence building a State within a State. This will lead us into the 21st Century with job development and higher wages, through hands on learning with a transitional period for citizens, so that we can stabilize our country, strengthening the dollar's value, while stabilizing Social Services needed and eliminating the hyperinflation created by too many government policies. The Pillars of Society (Little Cities) is Omega's vision to create a better, stronger, and free USA with integrity, respect, and opportunities for all US Citizens.

Omega believes that by duplicating the Little City (LC) franchise system; a mix-use development with its expansion an exoskeleton, we can standardize green distribution systems with cutting edge technology along with digitally advanced systems as fixtures within its real estate operations. This allows us to leverage its commercial assets by mortgaging the real estate, and provide the USA with a way pay it national debt down and stabilizing its Social Services. The LC provides services at wholesale cost for its triple play telecommunications as well as its WI FI 6 and 100Ghz for Internet of Things (IOT) for the local consumers. It also allows us to attach our Mass Transit Maglev Smart Grid Infrastructure Distribution Systems (SGIDS) for freight, and other commodities. Its cost for construction is rapped into the LC developmental mortgage, supporting various products and services for the local communities.

 

The LC's unique infrastructure produces electricity, purified water and uses an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system to monitor and interact with the digital services and its operational systems for members added benefits for the communities. By duplicating the LC's, we will release present stress on the USA's electrical grid, water purification systems, commercial freight, digital services distribution networking. The expansion is relatively fast, because of development of flex manufacturing for the LC's components, which allows us to warehouse product and ship to it multiple location via trains. The local workforce is trained in a military fashion, on the job, while digital classes provide through local colleges will be added to finish out their degrees within 4 years, at a faction of the typical cost. The pilot is casted for the first of Jasper's gateways, it connects 40 LC units with 400 miles of Maglev rail built on easement of the US highways, attaching 2 major cities. Ultimately allowing us to expand the workforce, create a stronger dollar, less taxes, and high paying jobs for the US workforce. Jasper's Gateways allows us to economically buildout a 21st Century infrastructure, while connecting the Inner Cities with Suburbia and Rural communities for a digital networking highway. 

Omega wants to initialize new legislation in 2025 for the R.A.I.N.M.A.K.E.R Act Reinvesting in America's Infrastructure Nationally through new flex Manufacturing and Accountability with Kinetic Energy of the people and Reparations for its citizens). We want to form a Private Public Partnership (PPP) with the Federal Government, to support the creation of a Infrastructure Bank with low interest loans from the Federal Government for the refinance process of LC's, paying down national debt and stabilizing Social Services. Omega believes the USA's real estate is the best asset in the world, by leveraging its value, we can benefit everyone with the LC's SGIDS, by simply bringing our country together, as One Team. Leading the way with integrity. The Rain Makers are Americans who shall provide the leadership as we continue in space exploration and the 21st Century technology revolution. Finally, the private investors get a nice return for their capital in the LC's SGIDS platform for our country's infrastructure and constitutional principles of freedom, creativity, liberty, and benefits of God given talents.

 

The LC guarantees local and State government entities discounted utilities, digital services and IOT creating excess revenue for the repairs that are needed on the electrical grid, water purification systems, and roads. Finally, it pays back the private investors for using their initial capital for the LC's developmental SGIDS platform for our country and its constitutional principles of freedom, creativity, liberty, and benefits of God given talents. Omega believes the USA's real estate is the best asset it has in the world, and by leveraging its value in its development we can and shall benefit everyone in the county, by simply bringing our country together as one team, leading the way with integrity. Omega LC development is a Master franchisor that provides local small businesses with a reduced cost for basic functions, high tech, consulting, utilities, and digital services. In its partnership with the local businesses on-site a 50/50 percentage lease is offered with Medical, Dental, and Education benefits for its workforce and members. The Commercial property is bought back from the Private development Investors within in 3 years of its pilot, thereafter within 2 years. A wrap around mortgage is used for the infrastructure, incorporated within the Commercial Real Estate of the LC. This will create a (PPP) Private Public Partnership with the Federal and State and local government entities. The AI (Artificial Intelligence) systems provide a dashboard for the franchisee's, leaseholds, the board of directors, clients, and customers, it also provides the business owners with all the necessary products for their businesses. Allowing them to be competitive against large corporations, other franchisees, and or cheap labor around the world.

 

Thereafter the LC commercial real estate is put into a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) and traded on the stock market. Providing the SGIDS platform with a way to connect the 13 Jasper's Gateways to sister cities and 26 major cities throughout the USA. Ten percent of each LC is given to the taxpayer at completion, added to the REIT fund on NASDAQ.  This is provided to their citizens, an additional check on a quarterly basis or "COLA" (Cost of Living Allowance) for the betterment of their lives, based on the increased revenue streams of the LC's properties, increases the use of its services, products, and benefits. The LC's provides an added value for their workforce and members.  Systematically, the buildout of the 21st Century Infrastructure we re-educate the US workforce and include them in the process for their family's future, while eliminating inflation and increase our countries wealth. 

Omega is able to flex our housing prices based on location of land being connected by the Maglev; the condos are the same size and contain all of the IOT amenities of the LC franchise, now the Rural communities are only minutes away. Also, the LC provides its own Medical, Education, Entertainment, Professional services with city conveniences to all of its residences. Each LC is the same except for the theme of its location, which is the spice of the surrounding communities. Supporting its environment whether it be for manufacturing, R & D, product distribution, etc. Ironically by supporting small and medium business owners we strengthen the US currency and reduce the cost of products from foreign entities in the process and thereafter the SGIDS platform is completed throughout North America over the next decade.
