Omega's infrastructure incorporates the ITC's Maglev Transit system. The Maglev rail has a universal approach for distribution of electrical power, sewage, purified water, liquid gases, fiber optic cabling, Nano Modulators for WI FI 6 at 100Ghz through its unique conduit systems.
The ITC system sponsors independent rail cars that use hydrogen and magnetics for propulsion in its mass transit arsenal for private and professional ownership for mass transit, freight, entertainment and professional services.
The cost of the rail is about $10M a mile, to afford the cost of the rail Omega has implemented a 10-mile segment for every Little City then wrapping it into the mortgage as a fixture, as it shall generate higher ROI's for the REIT.
