Omega believes the only way to incorporate the local workforce in the transitional period is to pay for jobs openings that support LC and our hands-on educational platform, the supervision and oversight with engineering and technological support with tool and die development of flex manufacturing. This supports a rejuvenated local economy by incorporating and networking with local educational institutions to provide our US citizens with college degrees that are necessary along with paid and childcare, and a 4 year commitment.
